Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described below.

 

Return Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Customized or personalized products.

How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us at shanhua42@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit during return.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
